Why Aceso
Patient records are about as sensitive as data gets, the law that protects them is strict, and a breach is expensive and slow to clean up. Aceso is Arko's answer to that. Data isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL itself, audit trails are part of the schema, and nothing on the roadmap is called finished before it is.
Aceso runs one codebase across two markets. For Canadian dental practices, it is a cloud, multi-location platform built for the Canadian Dental Care Plan era. For clinics across Bangladesh, it is bilingual, mobile-money native, and resilient when the connection is not. It is the same compliance discipline behind Auvex and Aegryn, applied to running a clinic.

The operational core of Aceso is built and live in the demo. The Canadian dental bundle is in active development. We keep the line between the two explicit, because that is the whole point of a compliance-grade product.
